Complaints Rectification - Dealer/Distributor Stock Complaints Rectification at Our Godown Premises.

1. Salable Conditioner Products - Salable Conditioner Products Strickers Request to be sent to Service Supervisor.
2. Product Service Works - Complete the allotted Product Service Works daily in the Godown including Online Sales Return Goods related Works, to send return goods images to Online Sales Department.
3. Required Spares - To raise the request to Service Supervisor.
4. Estimation - Estimation to be given as per spare Price list/Supervisors instruction.
5. Customer Satisfaction - Ensure customer satisfaction while rectifying the product.
6. Quality of work - Ensure good quality of work so that repeat complaints do not come.
7. Conduct - Ensure company image is kept high by good conduct.
8. Spare Parts Usage - To give proper account on usage of spares used in service.

Education - ITI / Diploma preferred.
