Service Supervisor & Service Advisor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–5 years

Qualification: Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Age: 20–40 years

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily workshop/service operations.
- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards, estimates and service documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Monitor repair and service quality before vehicle delivery.
- Explain service requirements and repair estimates to customers.
- Handle customer queries and service-related complaints.
- Coordinate with spare parts and workshop teams.
- Monitor technician productivity and job progress.
- Ensure proper workshop discipline,



safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain service records and provide regular updates to customers.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in automobile service/workshop operations.
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Good technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
