Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Malappuram.

The Service

Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client locations, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing timely field service support. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing basic reports, and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams about work performed and any follow-up needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment and system issues.
- Candidates should possess hands-on field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support activities.
- Candidates should possess maintenance & repair skills for mechanical and/or electrical systems, with a focus on preventive and corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and reporting service activities.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel locally within Malappuram and nearby areas for on-site service work, and to work flexible hours when required.
