; Job Summary:

The Service Engineer handles the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gensets and acoustic enclosures. The incumbent will ensure efficient after-sales service, minimize downtime, and enhance customer satisfaction by providing technical expertise and support.

Key Responsibilities

;1. Installation & Commissioning

- ;Supervise and execute installation and commissioning of gensets and acoustic enclosures.
- ;Ensure proper wiring, connections, and load testing before handover.
- ;Provide on-site training to customers and operators on equipment usage.

;2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- ;Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and acoustic issues in gensets.
- ;Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- ;Work with the technical and R&D; teams to improve product reliability.

;3. Customer Support & Complaint Resolution
- ;Attend customer service calls,



diagnose issues, and provide prompt resolutions.
- ;Ensure minimal downtime and quick service response times.
- ;Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.

;4. AMC & Warranty Service Handling
- ;Execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and warranty service claims.
- ;Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts replacements.
- ;Ensure timely submission of service reports and feedback to the Service Manager.

;5. Compliance & Safety Standards
- ;Follow industry standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
- ;Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality control guidelines.
- ;Recommend upgrades or retrofits to improve efficiency and compliance.
