About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of Label and Textile Printing/Machinery at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and provide technical support for Label and Textile machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve machine breakdowns within the required timeline.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
- Provide machine demonstrations and basic operational training to customers.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and service team for complex technical issues.
- Prepare service reports after completing customer visits.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, service calls, spare parts, and machine history.
- Identify recurring machine issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Support customers with machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for required components.
- Travel to customer locations across Mumbai and other locations as required.




- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of PLC, sensors, drives, motors, VFDs, and control panels will be preferred.
- Understanding of pneumatic and automation systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical/control circuit diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of printing, label, textile, or converting machinery will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Service Engineering / Machine Maintenance.
- Experience with Label Printing, Textile Machinery, Printing Machinery, or Industrial Automation will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be proactive, technically sound, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
