SUMMARY:

The incumbent is responsible to provide installation, commissioning, breakdown service, and preventive maintenance support for FIBC finishing machinery at customer sites, ensuring smooth machine performance, minimal downtime, and high customer satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities - Direct:

· Machine Installation & Commissioning: To perform installation, commissioning, and trial run of machines at customer sites as per standards and handover process.

· Breakdown Service & Troubleshooting: To attend breakdown calls, diagnose issues, and restore machine operation quickly through effective troubleshooting and repairs.

· Preventive Maintenance Support: To execute preventive maintenance/AMC visits and provide recommendations to customers to improve machine life and performance.

· Customer Training & Handover: To train customer operators and maintenance staff on machine operation, safety practices, and basic maintenance activities.

· Service Reporting & Documentation: To prepare service visit reports, breakdown analysis reports, spare consumption details, and customer acknowledgements.

· Spare Parts Support & Requirement Identification: To identify required spare parts during service visits and coordinate with internal teams for availability and dispatch.

· Machine Trial & Testing Support: To support machine trial runs, performance testing, and troubleshooting before dispatch to ensure correct output and operation.

· Coordination with Production & Design: To share service feedback, recurring problems, and improvement suggestions with production/design teams for corrective action and machine improvement.

· Warranty & Complaint Handling:



To coordinate and support warranty-related complaints and ensure proper closure within defined timelines.

· Technical Support & Customer Communication: To provide technical guidance to customers via phone/online support and ensure proper communication on action plans.

· Safety Compliance at Site: To follow all safety protocols and ensure secure working practices during installation and service activities.

· Installation SOP & Capability Development: To develop standard installation methods and SOPs, and train at least two team members each year to build full installation capability.

· Travel & Site Work Readiness: To be ready for travel and onsite work as per customer requirements and business priorities.

· Any other duties: To perform additional service-related tasks assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

· 2 to 6 years of experience in industrial machinery manufacturing field.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering (Electrical basic knowledge preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
