Role & responsibilities
- Diagnose faults in alternators, starters, and charging systems
- Disassemble, inspect, and repair/rewind alternator components (rotors, stators, diodes, brushes, regulators)
- Both HT & LT alternator (7.5KVA to 2000KVA)
- Conduct reassembly, load testing, and performance verification
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven hands-on experience in alternator repair/servicing (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insulation processes, load testing, and troubleshooting
