Job Overview

FIXLY Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for technicians who can handle a range of technical and field-service requirements, including server installation, data-centre support, router/network equipment installation, and hardware repair services for laptops and mobile devices.

The technician will be required to travel to customer locations and complete assigned service orders professionally and within the required timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and provide basic maintenance for servers and server-related equipment.
- Assist with data-centre installation, setup, maintenance, and on-site technical support.
- Install and configure routers, networking equipment, and related hardware.
- Diagnose and perform basic laptop and desktop hardware/software repairs.
- Perform basic mobile phone hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
- Visit customer locations for assigned service orders and provide on-site technical support.
- Identify technical issues and provide appropriate solutions based on the service requirement.
- Maintain proper communication with the FIXLY team regarding job status, requirements, and completion.
- Handle tools, equipment, and customer devices responsibly.
- Complete assigned orders within the agreed schedule and maintain professional conduct at customer locations.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, and troubleshooting.




- Knowledge of laptop/mobile repair is preferred.
- Understanding of routers, LAN connections, cables, and basic networking is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer locations.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned service orders.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical experience or certification is preferred but not mandatory, depending on the role.

Compensation Salary/Payment: Compensation will be order-based and work-based, depending on the type, complexity, and volume of service work completed.

Technicians may receive payment based on the number and nature of assigned service orders and successfully completed work. The exact payment structure will be discussed and agreed upon with the technician before assignment.

Ideal Candidate: A technically skilled and reliable technician who is comfortable working in office, travelling to different customer locations, and handling a variety of technical service requirements. Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
