Job Responsibilities:

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.

- Prepare accurate job cards and explain repair requirements to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians and the Service Department for timely vehicle delivery.

- Provide customers with regular updates on repair progress and additional work.

- Prepare service estimates and explain costs to customers.

- Conduct vehicle delivery and explain completed work and billing details.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Follow up with customers for periodic service and repeat visits.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

- Achieve service, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in an automobile dealership.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic technical knowledge of automobiles.

- Solid coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and DMS software.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
