Experience: 4-7 years

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 administration and troubleshooting for physical servers and operating systems.

Perform advanced OS troubleshooting, performance analysis and service recovery.

Perform server provisioning, configuration, patching and maintenance activities.

Support Production, DR, Quality and Non-Production environments.

Troubleshoot server connectivity and work with network teams on switch/network issues.

Analyze logs, identify recurring problems and implement corrective actions.

Escalate complex hardware/OS issues to L3 with proper technical analysis and documentation.

Required Skills

Must to have hands-on experience with below server/OS support.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL),

AIX (Advanced Interactive Executive), Solaris for SPARC and x86 platforms,

Positive understanding of enterprise server hardware and networking.

Experience with incident, problem and change management.

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Experience supporting enterprise Production/DR environments.
