Customer Interaction: Greet clients warmly, listen to vehicle concerns, and schedule service appointments. Diagnostics & Estimates: Coordinate with service technicians to identify problems, then prepare explicit cost and time estimates for labor and parts. Approval & Workflow: Contact customers for authorization on extra repairs and update them on repair progress throughout the day.
