About KRAM CreativeKRAM Creative is a Jaipur-based creative and marketing agency working across strategy, branding, content, digital marketing and performance.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the numbers behind the creative — from improving organic rankings to running and optimising paid campaigns.

We need someone who treats page-one rankings, lower acquisition costs and better conversions as problems worth solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Plan and execute on-page SEO across client websites
- Handle technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting rankings
- Build and execute off-page SEO and backlink strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent mapping
- Track keyword rankings and organic performance
- Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance including CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions
- Work on landing-page and campaign optimisation to improve conversion rates
- Set up and monitor tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads
- Prepare clear monthly SEO and performance reports
- Analyse data and recommend actionable improvements
- Coordinate with our content, design and development teams to execute SEO and campaign requirements
- Stay updated with search algorithm changes, advertising platforms and digital marketing trends

- Conversion and campaign tracking
- Performance reporting
- Basic landing-page optimisation
