Location: Onsite – Malad West, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (IST)

Work Week: 6 Days | 1 Weekly Off

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 In-Hand per Month

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and results-driven SEO Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies, managing SEM campaigns, and driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, search engine rankings, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
- SEM & Paid Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, paid search campaigns, and other performance marketing activities.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies,



including link building and website optimization.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular performance reports, monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital platforms.
- Technical SEO: Identify and address technical SEO issues related to website speed, indexing, crawling, site structure, and user experience.
- Algorithm & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and evolving SEO and SEM best practices.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably with exposure to SEM and paid search campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and paid search campaign management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage SEO initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be comfortable working onsite at Malad West, Mumbai, six days a week.
- Immediate joiners are preferred and required.
