About the Role

Were hiring an SEO ASO Assistant Manager to lead organic growth across web and mobile. Youll own strategy, manage a team of SEO specialists, and drive search visibility, traffic, and app installs.

What Youll Do

- Build and execute SEO and ASO roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists.
- Run keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical audits for a large website (10,000+ indexed pages).
- Optimize Google Play and App Store listings (metadata, creatives, A/B tests, reviews).
- Analyze installs, retention, and crashes using Firebase and AppsFlyer.
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with PPC, content, social, design, and product teams.

What You Bring
- 3-4 years of hands-on SEO and ASO experience.
- Strong grasp of Google algorithms, technical SEO, and app store guidelines.
- Experience managing SEO for large websites.
- Proficiency in GA, Search Console, Firebase, AppsFlyer,



App Store Connect, and Play Console.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sensor Tower, or Mobile Action.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
