The Senior Video

Editor will be a creative engine within Global Creative, owning video edits end-to-end across motion graphics, live-action films, callout and kinetic-typography treatments, social-first content, and more. The role requires an AI-first approach, using modern generative and assistive workflows to improve both speed and quality of work. The candidate will be responsible for delivering polished, on-brand, and technically flawless video content across multiple channels.

Job Role involves:

- Owning the edit end-to-end — taking raw footage, assets, and briefs and finishing them into polished, on-brand videos, including assembly, pacing, sound design, color, and final master.
- Designing motion-graphics sequences, animated explainers, lower-thirds, and data/UI animation using After Effects.
- Creating content across motion graphics, live-action/shoot-based films, callout and kinetic-typography videos, product and capability explainers, executive thought-leadership pieces, event sizzles, customer stories, and social-first short-form.
- Mastering, reframing, and versioning content for web, LinkedIn, social channels, events,



and paid media in formats including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
- Supporting pre-production and on-set requirements, including shot lists, direction, and capture.
- Embedding generative and assistive AI across the video production pipeline, including ideation, generation, rotoscoping, upscaling, voice, and automated versioning.
- Testing and operationalizing new AI video tools while helping establish workflows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Collaborating with Branding & Design, Content & Research, and campaign teams to turn briefs into finished video on time.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines with clear communication on status, trade-offs, and delivery.
- Staying updated with visual trends, platform formats, and modern editing techniques.

Job role requires:

- 4–6 years of experience editing video for a brand, agency, or in-house marketing team, with a portfolio demonstrating range and quality.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Media Encoder, and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
- Demonstrated experience across motion graphics, shoot-based edits, and callout/kinetic treatments.
- Hands-on experience using AI video and audio tools as part of day-to-day creative workflows.
- Strong storytelling skills with a good understanding of pacing, narrative, sound, and typography.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver reliably in a high-volume global content environment.
- Live-action production experience, 3D or advanced motion skills, and experience with enterprise/global or B2B technology brands would be an added advantage.
