We are seeking a seasoned Senior Workday Application Developer to lead complex Workday configuration initiatives, support enterprise HR transformation projects, and deliver scalable HR technology solutions across global operations, leveraging robust technical expertise and stakeholder management skills to drive process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

- Lead Workday configuration across HCM and Payroll modules
- Design and optimize complex business processes
- Build scalable Workday solutions aligned with business needs
- Develop advanced reports and dashboards
- Design and support EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations

- Lead requirement gathering workshops
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support Workday releases and feature adoption
- Review system architecture and recommend improvements





- Troubleshoot complex production issues

- Mentor junior Workday analysts
- Ensure compliance with audit and governance standards
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, and Integration teams
