Senior US Recruiter – LinkedIn Sourcing & Headhunting

Location: India [Remote]

Shift: US hours (CST overlap, night shift)

Experience: 5+ years

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced sourcing specialist to support our US hiring team (for banking/fintech/financial services) to be based in India. You'll headhunt top US talent on LinkedIn, build robust pipelines, review profiles, and help strengthen our LinkedIn presence through job posts and content.

What You'll Do

- Source and headhunt US candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Boolean / X-ray search
- Build pipelines for for banking/fintech/financial services roles across US locations
- Build pipelines of talent in US authorized to work in US (Green Card, US Citizen, etc.)
- Write personalized InMails and outreach that get strong response rates
- Screen profiles and share qualified shortlists with US hiring managers
- Write and post job openings on LinkedIn and US job boards
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for recruiters and the company page
- Create LinkedIn posts that build employer brand and following
- Track metrics: response rate,



submittals, interviews, and hires
- Screening candidates by call or video call

What You Bring

- 5+ years in US recruitment or sourcing, with strong LinkedIn headhunting experience
- Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Boolean search
- Solid understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H-1B, EAD) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Familiarity with US geography and time zones
- Experience with ATS tools and job boards like [Indeed / Dice / Monster / CareerBuilder / Ceipal / Bullhorn]
- Excellent English communication, written and spoken
- Comfortable working US shift hours

- Full-cycle US recruiting experience
- Experience with US staffing agencies
- Employer branding or LinkedIn content experience
