We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their travel requirements, and curating customized travel packages based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients via outbound calls, inbound calls, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Design and curate personalized travel packages based on client needs.
- Follow up with leads generated by the company and convert them into bookings.
- Provide professional travel advice and recommendations.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and ensure a positive travel planning experience.
Training & Learning
- 15 days of structured training on travel packages and company processes.
- 45 days of practical learning with hands-on experience in handling client requirements and package creation.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Confidence in client interaction and outbound calling.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Prior experience in travel consulting or sales is a plus.
