We are looking for a Senior Tolling Coordinator (Pharma) who can take end-to-end ownership of outsourced manufacturing (tolling) operations, ensure reliable product supply, drive On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance, and coordinate effectively with tollers and internal stakeholders across global operations.

In your future role as Senior Tolling Coordinator, you will:

- Own transactional accountability for the tolling process across assigned tollers, acting as the primary point of contact for operational execution, service, and inventory management.
- Drive OTIF performance by monitoring service levels, identifying root causes of supply issues, and implementing corrective actions with tollers and internal teams.
- Maintain and continuously improve lead time accuracy in SAP/ERP systems to support reliable planning and execution.
- Serve as the escalation point for production schedules, supply disruptions, and operational issues while proactively communicating risks and impacts.
- Coordinate and oversee tolling-related SAP transactions, including purchase orders, scheduling agreements, goods movements, and service entries.
- Ensure accurate inventory records, batch traceability, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with tollers regarding production plans, status updates, and operational deviations.
- Monitor production yields and reconcile performance against BOM standards while tracking raw material losses.
- Coordinate with sourcing, logistics,



and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to tollers.
- Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate invoicing and receipt processing.
- Act as the key liaison between tollers, Business Planning Managers, Tolling Managers, manufacturing sites, and other stakeholders.
- Support month-end close activities by ensuring accurate transaction postings, reconciliations, and resolution of invoice mismatches.
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support customer demand and optimize working capital.
- Generate operational reports and recommend improvements to strengthen service performance and supply reliability.

Great if you have

- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, tolling/contract manufacturing, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP, preferably within MM, Inventory Management, and related modules.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing operational performance metrics such as OTIF.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across international teams.
- Ability to identify risks proactively and drive issues through to resolution.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple time zones and external manufacturing partners.
- Knowledge of batch traceability, quality documentation, and regulated manufacturing environments.

We believe you bring

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in supply chain, contract manufacturing, tolling operations, or a related operational role.
- Proven experience owning and managing end-to-end operational processes.
- Strong SAP transactional experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Experience working with international suppliers, manufacturers, or tolling partners.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to support business activities aligned with European business hours.

Good to know

This is a permanent full-time position based in Mumbai, supporting global tolling operations. The role requires close alignment with European business hours and frequent collaboration with international manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders. Occasional travel to toller sites may be required.
