We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, pitch our premium residential/commercial real estate projects, and schedule site visits for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers from provided databases and marketing campaigns.
- Project Pitching: Effectively explain company projects, locations, configurations, pricing structures, and active promotional offers.
- Lead Qualification: Understand customer requirements, investment budgets, and timelines to identify highly potential prospects.




- Appointment Scheduling: Persuade interested buyers to book site visits or face-to-face meetings, coordinating seamlessly with field sales executives.
- Follow-up Management: Routinely follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships and keep them moving forward down the sales funnel.
- CRM & Database Management: Accurately update customer interaction logs, feedback, and lead status in the CRM software daily.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
