About the Program:

Our CA Mentoring Program helps Chartered Accountancy aspirants crack Foundation Inter and Final exams through personalized mentorship,study plans ,and exam strategy. We're expanding and looking for Sales Executives who can connect with CA students, parents,and coaching institutes to grow enrollments worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Outreach: Connect with CA aspirants via calls, WhatsApp, social media,
- Consultative Selling: Understand a student’s current prep level, challenges, and goals — then recommend the right mentorship plan
- Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads from ads, referrals, and communities; maintain CRM records of all interactions
- Conversions: Drive enrollments by handling objections, explaining program value, and closing admissions for Foundation/Inter/Final batches
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets set for your region/segment
- Market Feedback:



Share insights on student pain points, competitor offerings, and pricing to help improve the program
- Background Understanding of CA course structure is a big plus. Ex-CA students/dropouts who understand the journey are highly preferred
- Skills: Fluent English + Hindi.
- Tools: Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Zoom, and CRM like LeadSquared/HubSpot
- Mindset: Empathetic, target-driven, and passionate about education. You can sell without being pushy because you believe in the product

Compensation Structure

Component Details

Base Pay ₹20,000-25,000 month based on experience + full-time

Pay: ₹10,027.29 - ₹34,187.39 per month
