Role Summary

Responsible for business and process analysis within the telecom domain, focusing on improvement initiatives and documentation of requirements. Supports business problem-solving using data and standard analysis techniques.

What Youll Do

- Analyse and document business and process requirements in the telecom domain
- Investigate, challenge, and improve business processes, particularly in OSS/BSS and service assurance
- Design low-level business processes and maintain comprehensive documentation

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Telecom domain knowledge in MPLS, Ethernet, Mobile, Fiber BB, IP telephony, and SDWAN




- Experience with L2C/T2R processes and OSS/BSS systems
- Demonstrated business/process analysis experience with successful improvement work in telecom
- Strong problem-solving and methodical abilities
- Ability to use data and numbers to solve business problems
- Excellent documentation skills and experience in process design
- Familiarity with software testing principles and defect management
