We are looking for a motivated, persuasive, and target-driven Tele Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of our company, engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, promote our products/services, and drive business growth through effective communication
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential customers from a provided database, and manage inbound inquiries efficiently.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Pitch our services clearly, pitch custom solutions based on customer needs, and qualify prospective leads.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes and sales/lead generation targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
