Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialized technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing passive talent, understanding complex technical requirements, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality candidates within defined timelines.

This role will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and the HR team to build strong technical talent pipelines aligned with ProVal's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment

- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and technology roles, from requirement understanding to offer closure and onboarding.
- Recruit for roles across areas such as Microsoft technologies, Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, DevOps, IT Operations, Engineering and other niche technical skill sets.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role priorities, team structures and candidate expectations.
- Translate technical JDs into effective sourcing strategies and candidate search parameters.




- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical talent for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

- Ensure accurate and timely updating of recruitment data in the HRIS/ATS.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, offer-to-join ratio and hiring status.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure adherence to defined TA processes.
- Work with recruitment agencies when required and support vendor management.

Employer Branding & Talent Initiatives

- Support initiatives to strengthen ProVal's employer brand and talent attraction strategy.
- Participate in recruitment drives, hiring campaigns, employee referral initiatives and talent engagement activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment, preferably within the IT/Technology services industry.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques.
- Experience managing multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
- Data-driven approach with an understanding of recruitment metrics and funnel management.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring mandates from start to finish.

Preferred

- Experience in a 24x7 technology/operations environment would be an advantage.
- Experience working with global stakeholders or supporting international hiring.
- Ability to build scalable technical talent pipelines
