Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Build responsive, reusable, and high-quality UI components using React.js 18/19.

- Strong focus on UI/UX, user interface design, usability, responsive design, and frontend architecture.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Socket.io, and third-party APIs/SDKs.

- Participate actively in technical design, solution architecture, system design, and technology decisions.

- Drive technical discussions and contribute to scalable, secure, and maintainable application architecture.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, security, and best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, provide technical support, and help improve team capabilities.

- Lead development activities and coordinate with QA, Product, DevOps, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams.

- Take strong ownership of features and deliverables from requirement analysis through development, testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.

- Lead and support UAT activities, including issue resolution, technical clarification, and coordination with business/customer teams.

- Participate in customer-facing discussions, understand technical requirements, provide solutions, and communicate implementation details effectively.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform RCA, and drive permanent solutions.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Participate in CI/CD, testing, documentation, and Agile/Scrum processes.

- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, debugging, testing, documentation, and code quality.
