A Senior Implementation Trainer will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of education and teacher development programmes across assigned schools and locations. The role will involve managing and mentoring the implementation team, ensuring quality programme delivery, coordinating with schools and stakeholders, monitoring progress, and providing support to trainers and team members to achieve programme objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Team Management & Leadership:

- Lead, guide, and mentor the team of Implementation Trainers and field team members.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and support.
- Conduct regular team meetings and review progress against programme objectives.

● Programme Implementation:





- Lead the implementation of education and teacher development programmes across assigned schools and locations.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of programme activities as per defined plans and standards.
- Identify implementation challenges and ensure timely resolution.

● Training & Capacity Building:

- Conduct and oversee in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes.
- Support and mentor trainers in delivering effective training using appropriate instructional strategies.
- Adapt training content according to the needs of schools, teachers, and other stakeholders.

● School & Stakeholder Management:

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with school leadership, teachers, education officials, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with schools and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme implementation.
- Represent the organization during school visits, review meetings, and training programmes.

● Monitoring & Evaluation:

- Conduct regular field and school visits to monitor programme implementation and team performance.
- Track programme progress, training outcomes, and key deliverables.
- Collect feedback and identify areas for improvement in programme delivery.





● Reporting & Documentation:

- Review and consolidate reports submitted by the implementation team.
- Track implementation progress, challenges, and outcomes and share regular updates with senior management.
- Maintain necessary programme and training-related documentation.

● Professional Development:

- Stay updated with current trends, research, and best practices in education and teacher training.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and new approaches with the implementation team.
- Support continuous professional development of team members.

Required Experience/Skills:

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in education, teacher training, programme implementation, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing and mentoring a team of trainers, educators, or field staff.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional strategies, and teacher development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple schools, teams, and programme activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching, training, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required for programme implementation.
