We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager with robust experience hiring Product Managers from top-tier technology companies .

Important: Product Manager hiring experience is mandatory

We are specifically looking for someone who has personally recruited Product Managers / Senior Product Managers / Technical Product Managers at or from companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Meta, Uber, Atlassian, Adobe, Salesforce, or comparable product-led technology companies .

This is not a generalist HR role . Candidates whose experience is primarily HR administration, payroll, employee engagement, bulk hiring, or generic recruitment are unlikely to be a fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring for Product Management and other high-quality technology roles.
- Proactively source candidates from leading technology and product companies.
- Conduct initial screening and assess product ownership, analytical ability, technical understanding, execution, and communication.
- Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines rather than relying mainly on inbound applications.




- Work directly with senior leadership on hiring requirements and candidate assessment.
- Manage interview coordination, offers, closing, onboarding, and candidate communication.
- Support selected HR and people-operations activities as required.

What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated experience hiring Product Managers .
- Experience recruiting at or from companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Meta, Uber, Atlassian, Adobe, Salesforce , or similar organizations.
- Strong passive sourcing and direct outreach capabilities.
- Ability to independently assess high-quality candidates.
- Experience hiring technical talent is an advantage.
- High ownership, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working onsite in a small, high-performance environment.
