Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership positions within the organization.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top candidates in Kannada-speaking regions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interview processes.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in corporate HR or non-IT recruitment, preferably in leadership hiring roles.
- Solid understanding of Kannada language is required.
- Proven track record of successful niche hiring (e.g., CFOs, COOs) through corporate recruitment channels.
