Role Summary A senior engineer who owns core agent/product systems end-to-end, drives technical roadmap decisions,

and mentors other engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Own core agent/product systems end-to-end

Drive technical roadmap and architecture decisions

Deploy and operate systems on Kubernetes and Azure

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Partner with product on feature scoping and tradeoffs

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of qualified software engineering experience

Strong Python skills

Experience with agent-native development

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes

Hands-on experience with Azure

Demonstrated product sense has shipped and owned features end-to-end

Nice to Have

Experience mentoring or leading engineers

Startup experience
