Job Summary

Oncowin Cancer Center is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care and support the effective functioning of the nursing department. The role involves clinical nursing responsibilities, coordination with doctors and nursing teams, patient monitoring, documentation, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe and quality nursing care to oncology patients.
- Monitor patients' clinical condition, vital signs, and treatment response.
- Administer medications, chemotherapy-related supportive care, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors and consultants during procedures, rounds, and clinical activities.
- Identify changes in patient condition and promptly communicate with the medical team.
- Ensure proper nursing documentation, medication records, treatment charts, and handover.
- Guide and support junior nursing staff in day-to-day clinical activities.
- Coordinate nursing activities and ensure smooth patient-care operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of infection-control and patient-safety practices.




- Monitor availability and appropriate use of nursing equipment and supplies.
- Handle clinical emergencies appropriately and coordinate with the concerned medical team.
- Assist in maintaining nursing standards and hospital protocols.
- Support the Nursing Incharge in maintaining discipline, workflow, and quality of nursing services.
- Participate in staff training, orientation, and competency-related activities when required.

Eligibility & Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Experience in an oncology/cancer-care hospital or department is preferred.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Good communication and team-coordination skills.
- Ability to guide junior nursing staff.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
