SolutionOne ERP Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior SQL Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining database solutions that support our enterprise ERP applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database indexes.
- Analyze and resolve database performance issues through query optimization and performance tuning.
- Design, create, and maintain database tables, structures, and configurations.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot database connectivity and related issues.
- Manage database backup, recovery, security, and auditing activities.
- Support database migration, upgrades, and version compatibility.
- Perform database administration and maintenance activities.
- Work on SQL Server high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with development and implementation teams to deliver reliable, high-performance ERP solutions.

Mandatory Skills

1. Strong proficiency in T-SQL programming.
2. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server relational databases.
3. Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexes.
4. Robust knowledge of SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
5. Good analytical, debugging,



and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2014 etc.... including database migration.
- Understanding of SQL Server architecture, background processes, and database engine functionality.
- Experience in database creation, configuration, table management, and storage settings.
- Knowledge of database backup, restoration, and recovery procedures.
- Understanding of memory-level performance tuning and query optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot SQL Server connectivity issues.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and administration.
- Familiarity with database security, access control, and auditing.
- Experience with SQL Server Profiler and performance-monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of SQL Server high-availability and disaster-recovery technologies, including:
- Failover Clustering
- Database Mirroring
- Log Shipping
- Replication
