Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Outreach Partnerships to build and manage a robust network of organizations and educational institutions that can create meaningful opportunities for students in our community. This is a rapid-paced, high-ownership role for an active relationship builder who thrives on driving outreach, forging strategic alliances, and creating partnerships that yield tangible real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Ecosystem Research: Map and research existing opportunities within the government school ecosystem.

- Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, CSR teams, and ecosystem organizations.

- Proactive Outreach: Identify and initiate contact with potential partners through direct outreach, meetings, calls, and active networking.

- Opportunity Sourcing: Source actionable opportunities for students and alumni, including internships, scholarships, mentorships, exposure visits, apprenticeships, and job placements.

- Relationship Management: Nurture partner relationships and ensure smooth coordination across all engagements and programs.

- Cross-Functional Alignment:



Work closely with internal program teams to align partnership efforts with student needs.

- Tracking Optimization: Monitor outreach metrics and partnership outcomes while continuously refining internal execution processes.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, or similar external-facing roles. 2-3 years of experience in product, marketing, or business development is an added advantage.

- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.

- Execution Mindset: High degree of ownership, research rigor, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Initiative Experimentation: Comfort with taking initiative, testing new engagement strategies, and iterating rapidly.

- Stakeholder Management: Tenacity in nurturing relationships and managing diverse multi-sector stakeholders from the ground up.

- Sector Exposure: Prior experience engaging with universities, colleges, skilling institutes, foundations, or family offices is a strong plus.
