Key Responsibilities

- Lead D365 F&O; development, customizations, extensions, integrations, and reporting.
- Develop and troubleshoot solutions using X++, APIs, Data Entities, OData, REST/SOAP, and SSRS.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and design guidance.
- Manage deployments, environments, monitoring, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Support data migration, release management, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Dynamics AX/D365 F&O; development experience using X++, including 2+ years on the latest D365 F&O; version.
- Solid Finance module knowledge: GL, AP, AR, and Project Accounting.
- Expertise in D365 F&O; architecture, extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), forms, tables, classes, and reports.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS, system integrations, data migration, Azure DevOps, and LCS.
- Experience with ALM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.

Desirable: Legacy system transformation, performance optimization, and tuning of D365 F&O; solutions.
