Role Description The SENIOR SERVICENOW ENGINEER – ENTERPRISE INTEGRATIONS is a remote, contract role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow integrations across enterprise systems and applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing integration requirements, configuring and developing integration workflows and APIs, and ensuring secure, reliable data exchange between ServiceNow and other platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as IT operations, security, and business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing integrations.

The engineer will create and maintain technical documentation, perform code reviews, support testing and deployment activities, and contribute to integration standards and best practices.



This position also participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust expertise in Enterprise Software, including ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development, with experience in scripting (e.g., JavaScript), API development (REST/SOAP), and integration frameworks or middleware.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Network Security, including secure integration design, authentication and authorization methods, and data protection best practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in Sales Engineering and Presales, with the ability to support technical solution design, articulate integration capabilities, and collaborate with client-facing teams when needed.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server) and common enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple integration projects.
- Experience in ITIL-based environments, familiarity with SDLC practices, and relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
