Role Description:

The Senior SEO Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive qualified leads for the company’s digital properties. Day-to-day activities include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing web pages and landing pages, and overseeing link-building initiatives.

The specialist will monitor and analyze performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular SEO reports, and collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure best practices are implemented across all digital assets. The role also involves strong English communication and staying updated with current search engine algorithms, industry trends,



and competitive landscapes to continuously refine SEO strategies.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong keyword research skills and experience developing data-informed SEO strategies.
- Candidates should possess the ability to perform comprehensive SEO audits, including technical, content, and site-structure reviews.
- Candidates should possess link-building expertise, including outreach, relationship management, and adherence to ethical SEO practices.
- Candidates should possess web analytics skills, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related reporting platforms.
- Candidates should possess on-page SEO skills, including meta tag optimization, content structuring, internal linking, and schema implementation.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile optimization, XML sitemaps, canonical tags).
- Experience working with CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar) and basic HTML/CSS familiarity for implementing SEO changes.
- Proven track record managing SEO for B2B or technology-focused organizations, preferably within IT or related industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field.
