Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the SuccessFactors Compensation module. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and implementing appropriate technical/functional solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong SAP Compensation technical knowledge, a good understanding of compensation processes, and the ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations, configurations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions.
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation based on business requirements.
- Work closely with HR/business stakeholders to understand compensation processes and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to the Compensation module.
- Collaborate with the Linxon and SF India teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in requirement discussions, solution design, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Support integration with other SAP SuccessFactors/SAP modules where required.
- Follow structured, methodical, and professional delivery practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Compensation module and related functionality.
- Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and solution delivery.

Functional Knowledge





- Positive understanding of compensation processes and business requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR/compensation-related business processes.

HR Domain

- HR domain experience is an added advantage.
- Experience working with HR stakeholders and understanding HR business processes is preferred.

Additional SAP Modules

- Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors or SAP modules will be beneficial.
- Experience working in an integrated SAP landscape is an advantage.

Consulting Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and provide appropriate technical/functional solutions.

- Consultant should be able to maintain relevant SAP certifications.
- SAP Learning Hub access is expected to support ongoing certification maintenance and learning.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a Senior-level SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with 8–12 years of experience, strong hands-on Compensation expertise, solid HR/functional understanding, and the ability to independently deliver solutions while collaborating effectively with distributed project teams.
