Mandatory Technical Skills

- Solid experience in SAP CRM Technical – Service Management
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP OData
- ABAP development with BAPI and BADI
- SAP CRM UI development
- IDoc
- BRF+
- API integrations with third-party applications
- Custom objects, enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces

Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions in the context of SAP CRM Service Management.
2. Develop and maintain OData services and support API integrations with third-party applications.
3. Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces.
4.



Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
5. Work with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, Microsoft Dynamics, Finance, and technical integration teams .
6. Perform development, DevOps activities, bug fixing, and troubleshooting of existing developments.
7. Refine technical and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to existing SAP CRM developments and integrations.
