Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with robust hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL .

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership of development activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute across the complete software development lifecycle with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, document, test, and debug recent and existing Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Work extensively on Salesforce configuration, including:
- Object configuration
- Validation Rules
- Record Types
- Assignment Rules
- Page Layouts
- Lightning Page configuration
- Salesforce Flow
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex .
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Write efficient SOQL queries and optimize Apex code for performance.
- Implement Salesforce development best practices, including effective test classes and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues using logs and other debugging techniques.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate technical solutions.




- Proactively participate in development activities and contribute as an independent technical contributor.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.
- Serve as a technical contributor/expert on Salesforce development projects.

Must Have

- 5–7 years of Salesforce experience , with strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
- 5–6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration , including objects, validation rules, record types, assignment rules, page layouts, Lightning pages, Flow, etc.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong experience with Apex Classes and Triggers .
- Experience with Batch Apex .
- Strong knowledge of SOQL .
- Good understanding of Apex coding best practices .
- Experience writing Apex Test Classes .
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including generating and analyzing Salesforce debug logs.
- Experience with Aura Components and LWC .
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Experience with technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce performance optimization.
- Experience with data analysis and troubleshooting.
