MX MDR Technologies designs and manufactures power outlets, modular sockets, charging modules and connectivity solutions for office and home furniture. Our products are used by architects, interior designers and furniture manufacturers across commercial and residential projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong, established relationships with architects and interior designers to lead our sales efforts within this key client segment. The role involves driving specification wins, managing key accounts, guiding product presentations, and building MX's presence across the architect and design community nationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, furniture consultants and key project stakeholders
- Drive MX product specification into ongoing and upcoming commercial and residential projects
- Present and demonstrate the company's range of power outlets, furniture sockets and connectivity modules to architects and design firms




- Coordinate with architects during project design stages to recommend suitable products and solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, meetings and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle, from quotation to closing, with architects, dealers and project clients
- Build and maintain a robust, organized database of architect and design firm contacts across India
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Track market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity, and share insights with leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) for samples, catalogues and technical support
- Mentor junior sales team members, where applicable

Requirements

- Minimum 10–12 years of sales experience, with a proven track record working with architects and interior designers (mandatory)
- Prior experience in electrical accessories, furniture, sanitary ware, tiles, marble or ceramics preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage key client relationships and close high-value sales
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits across India
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
