Role Description The Senior Sales Associate (Edtech) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients in the education and edtech sectors, conducting sales calls and meetings, and presenting relevant solutions and offerings.

The Senior Sales

Associate will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements, and preparing regular sales reports. The role also includes building long-term client relationships, gathering market insights, and contributing to sales strategies that support revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in consultative sales, client relationship management, and account growth within the education or edtech domain.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting,



and pipeline management using CRM or similar sales tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage decision-makers and close deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or edtech is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales role, preferably in HR solutions, education services, or technology-based learning products.
- High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions in Bengaluru and willingness to travel locally for meetings and presentations as needed.
