Role: Relationship Manager Company: Leading Broking | Location: Pune | Job Type: Full Time Job Purpose: To acquire and manage clients by understanding their financial and investment needs, providing suitable investment solutions, and building long-term relationships. The role is responsible for driving client acquisition, cross selling a diverse range of financial products, and achieving revenue and asset growth targets while ensuring high-quality client experience.

: New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships. Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell a wide range of third-party investment products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, SIPs, AIFs, Bonds, Unlisted Shares, IAP, and other financial services offered by Company.

Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by effectively managing sourced accounts and maximizing income across all product categories.

Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial needs, provide suitable investment solutions,



and ensure long-term relationship building.

Role Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Broking, BFSI, NBFC, or Financial Services industry.

Competencies: Strong product knowledge across Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance & other investment products Robust Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Skills Ability to identify client needs and effectively cross-sell/upsell relevant investment and financial products.
