About the Role

We're looking for a energetic, people-first Recruiter who can manage the complete hiring cycle. You'll partner with hiring managers, find the right talent, and make sure every candidate has a outstanding experience from first call to joining.

What You'll Do

- Understand job requirements through intake calls with hiring managers

- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit

- Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback with candidates and clients

- Discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers, and close candidates

- Follow up till joining to reduce drop-offs

- Maintain trackers, ATS data, and share regular hiring updates





- Write job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms

- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring roles

What We're Looking For

- 1-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience

- Exposure to hiring across Tech and Non-Tech roles

- Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search and LinkedIn

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to handle multiple positions and tight deadlines

- Confident in negotiation and closing candidates

- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
