Role & responsibilities

- Understand client requirements in depthtechnical skills, functional competencies, experience, personality, culture fit and long-term suitability.

- Consult with clients on the right talent profile, market availability and candidate suitability.

- Proactively identify and engage with quality professionals across FMCG, FMCD, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Steel and other non-IT sectors.

- Present candidates with a consultative assessment, highlighting their strengths, potential concerns, career motivation, cultural fit and the value they can bring to the client.

- Build and continuously maintain a strong candidate databank / talent inventory across multiple functions and industries.

- Develop relationships with high-quality passive and active candidates and keep the talent pool engaged for future opportunities.

- Undertake proactive talent mapping and market research even before specific requirements arise.

- Work closely with clients as a true recruitment partner,



providing market insights and talent recommendations rather than simply forwarding CVs.

- Take ownership of the complete recruitment cyclefrom requirement understanding and candidate identification to offer and joining.

Preffered Candidate

- 48 years of experience in recruitment / executive search / talent acquisition consulting.

- Strong exposure to non-IT recruitment, preferably across multiple industries.

- Excellent candidate assessment, communication, interviewing and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to understand fit beyond the CV” and make a reasoned recommendation to the client.

- Strong networking ability and an interest in building a long-term industry talent network.

- Good command of MS Excel, LinkedIn and recruitment databases/tools.

- Mature, consultative and qualified approach with strong ownership and integrity.
