Language: German – Mandatory
:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/non-IT requirements, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle stakeholder/client coordination and understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Manage interview scheduling, offer coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
- Robust German language proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience working in an RPO/staffing/IT recruitment environment is preferred.
