Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate quality.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of non-IT industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
