Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Professional with 4–5 years of experience in property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, conducting site visits, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads for residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits. - Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners.
- Stay updated about local real estate projects, prices,



and market trends.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Faridabad real estate market preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and convert leads.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates with experience in residential plots, floors, apartments, commercial properties, or builder projects are preferred.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits preferred.
