About the Role

We are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to own the architecture, performance and scaling of our core mobile products. You will build complex cross-platform features, write native modules where abstractions fall short, and tune app performance down to the frame-rate level for millions of active users. You will work closely with a focused engineering team and directly influence our technical roadmap and mobile standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and maintain production React Native applications for both iOS and Android
- Write custom native bridges and modules in Swift, Objective-C,



Kotlin or Java to interface with OS-level APIs
- Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks and render-cycle inefficiencies
- Design CI/CD pipelines to streamline App Store and Google Play releases
- Establish frontend testing strategies, including unit, integration and end-to-end automation
- Guide architectural decisions and conduct high-rigor code reviews for the mobile engineering team

Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of total software engineering experience, with a robust focus on mobile development
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building and deploying complex React Native apps at scale
- Proven ability to write native code for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java)
- Deep understanding of the React Native render pipeline, JSI, thread management and state architecture
- Experience managing automated release pipelines with tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise or App Center
- Willingness to work the EST night shift on a full-time basis

Good to Have

- Experience migrating legacy fully native applications to React Native
- Direct involvement in open-source React Native libraries or tooling
