We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React JS Developer to architect, build, and scale high-performance web applications. This role requires deep expertise in React.js and modern frontend technologies, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor engineers while collaborating closely with product, UX, backend, and AI engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences.

Responsibilities

- Architect scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and reusable component library strategy

- Build complex UI workflows integrating RESTful APIs and backend services

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, production-ready interfaces

- Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and product teams on end-to-end feature delivery

- Establish and evolve design-system practices and reusable frontend components





- Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level frontend engineers

- Diagnose and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues

- Drive adoption of up-to-date frontend engineering practices, tools, and standards

- Influence architecture and technology decisions across the frontend organization

- Ensure rigorous code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability standards
