We are looking for a Casting & Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily casting production and warehouse operations. The candidate will supervise workers, monitor production and quality, manage inventory and material movement, and ensure workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily casting and warehouse activities. Manage manpower and allocate work as per production requirements. Monitor production targets, quality, and workflow. Handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.

Maintain inventory and stock records. Coordinate raw material and finished goods movement. Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures. Conduct daily workplace observations and address safety issues.

Maintain shift, production, and warehouse records. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.



Train workers on operational and safety procedures. Report production, quality, inventory, and safety issues to management.

Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in casting, manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar supervisory role.

Experience in manpower handling and production supervision. Basic knowledge of inventory management. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in shifts. Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
