About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, and software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. You will work closely with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to implement scalable testing solutions, improve software quality, and drive continuous testing practices across the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and enterprise applications.
- Create and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end test cases.
- Develop automated test scripts using Java and modern automation tools.




- Implement API automation testing using Rest Assured.
- Build and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning activities.
- Perform continuous testing as part of CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews for automation scripts and ensure adherence to automation standards.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Support performance, reliability, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior quality engineers and share testing best practices across teams.
- Work closely with Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Drive automation strategy and continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Java and familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Rest Assured.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles including unit, integration, system, regression, and acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with BDD and TDD frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience using JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of API testing and automation methodologies.
- Experience validating RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing pipelines.




- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience working closely with developers and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience mentoring team members and promoting quality engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
